Clean hotel, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options. Room size smaller than expected, which was a bit inconvenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lobby, which was very spacious and welcoming. The staff were attentive, making my experience relaxing and comfortable, especially with easy access to nearby shops and the Haram, suited for seniors.
More assistance for seniors during check-in would be helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Makarem. The room felt modern and spacious, offering a clean and comfortable space for relaxation. Though the housekeeping needed a bit more attention, the location's convenience and the breakfast's variety made my visit memorable. I'd definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

Just a balanced option for a stopover in Mecca with good value. The breakfast had a superb array of dishes, including my favorite carrot juice. Definitely take advantage of the free shuttle service to the Haram.

Big, spacious rooms offered a great convenience for a family stay, complemented by excellent room service. The location provided a decent walk to Haram with a fantastic view from the prayer room on the sixth floor. However, the check-in was disappointing due to unhelpful staff and a surprisingly long wait, leaving a less favorable impression. Additionally, breakfast was not included, which felt like a letdown given the overall experience.

The location is great, really close to the Haram, only about 5-10 minutes walking. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for what I needed. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. The water in the bathroom took too long to heat up, and one night I experienced lukewarm water when I wanted a hot shower. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, but the restaurant prices were a bit steep. The staff, especially at reception, were quite accommodating and made my stay more comfortable. Still, some updates to the bathroom facilities would definitely enhance the overall experience.
